Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Shepherd's Table account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what is deleted, what is retained, and how to submit your request.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to our support address from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days:

Your email address and user ID
Your profile preferences (denomination, region, reason for joining)
Your subscription record
Any anonymised analytics events linked to your user ID

What Is Already on Your Device Only

Your conversations and saved prayers are stored exclusively on your device and have never been sent to our servers. They are not part of your account deletion request. To remove them, simply delete the app from your device.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through Google Play or the App Store before or after submitting your deletion request to avoid further charges.

Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → The Shepherd's Table → Cancel
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → The Shepherd's Table → Cancel

Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can also request deletion of specific data types without closing your account entirely. Email us at thinkingapps.ai@gmail.com with details of what you would like removed and we will respond within 30 days.
